The seller sold this and he was going to be out of town and didn’t let me know that lied to me and said a friend was shipping it. He created a label and it was never delivered. He said that USPS was shut down in Puerto Rico due to weather did he knew that I was a 20 minute plane flight away in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands so the lies did not work, he may have been in the past, but he could’ve just told me the truth from the beginning. I asked for my money back and he refused

I went to the Post Office and the package is still there. For Puerto Rico there were major floods and storms, the electrical energy system was greatly affected. The Post Office worker was able to get me the package and I have it with me. I will refund the money. If you are still interested in the item I will put it up for sale again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused and that I have not had control of them.
