I was purchasing this item as a gift for my daughter. After five days, seller had not started to ship the shoes, so I inquired about the status. Sellers said they were boxing the shoes to ship that day, then a May 15 shipping date was noted, but no tracking information appeared. I waited a couple more days, again reached out about the status – and there was no response. Then today the order was canceled. It is super disappointing, and now I quickly need to find another gift.
