The seller made every attempt to make this right by carving yet another, similar item for me. Art is always unique, and when you purchase art, it should be EXACTLY WHAT YOU ORDERED. Substitutions are not acceptable, unless Seller FIRST communicates that you're not going to receive what's pictured in the offering photographs. I think the seller simply made a mistake.
