Unfortunately, I found five large tears, one bend, a few scratches and sticky residue. And after comparing it to a new copy, I noticed one missing piece. The actual condition is Good (the cover is Very Good). I didn't want to risk returning it and then receiving a worse copy without the CD, so the seller agreed to a solution. The book is looking better after I made repairs. Satisfied. Reasonably priced.
