    I have had an amazing experience with this seller! Unfortunately when my watch arrived I discovered that the heart rate sensor was not working which was missing from the description. The seller immediately offered a refund and a discount on another watch! For the quality everything is priced well. Packaging is high quality and protects the watch well. Delivery is a bit pricey but Australia Post takes good care with national delivery. I HIGHLY recommend this seller, best customer service on Ebay!

They then contacted me privately and wanted more money, or they would not send me the item I paid for. I sent them screenshots of the discount, which they claimed was an “error.” Would avoid this seller.
