No aceptaremos la devolución de ningún artículo que no esté en perfectas condiciones, y que no lleve su embalaje original intacto. El cliente deberá adecuar y tomar las oportunas medidas de protección y embalaje del producto para su envío a nuestros almacenes. De la misma manera no se aceptarán devoluciones de productos que hayan sido personalizados, a no ser que haya una personalización errónea por nuestra parte.

Una vez hayamos recibido su solicitud en nuestras oficinas procederemos a enviarle el número de devolución y la dirección de entrega (debe indicarlo en sitio bien visible, en el exterior del paquete). No aceptaremos ningún paquete de devolución que no lleve nuestro número de autorización o que se realice fuera de los 30 días siguientes a su compra.

Una vez comprobado el producto en nuestro almacén, que está en perfecto estado y en su embalaje original, procederemos a efectuar la devolución del importe mediante el pago utilizado en la compra.

Sólo en el caso de que la devolución sea por un error de envío u otras causas imputables a Antmanet, los gastos de envío correrán a cuenta de nuestra empresa. En los demás supuestos será el cliente quien pague los gastos que ocasione el envío. A no ser que indiquemos lo contrario, no aceptamos ninguna devolución a portes debidos.
