The rug I purchased was represented to be in excellent condition and undamaged. A large spot on the rug was so damaged almost all the wool had been removed and you could tell on both sides of the rug an attempt was made to fix it. The rug is so bad I would be embarrassed to use it. FALSE ADVERTISING AND FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION!!!!!!!

This was an honest mistake and the situation was corrected immediately. The pictures of the rug were taken, and then it stored as described in the listing. The rug was NEVER opened in the 3-4 years prior to being sold. The damage appears to be bugs/moths ate the wool and destroyed the rug. I never would have sold it if I knew it was damaged. The buyer was refunded the entire amount including shipping.
