I contacted the seller but received no apology and, instead, a brusque 'just return it then', which would leave me out of pocket for delivery and return (about £90-100 in total). Unfortunately buyer wanted immediate action,so we proposed a return of the item under compliance with UK distance selling regs.This was clearly not acceptable.To clarify trimming 5mm or 10mm off a door takes no extra 'work',the door was sold needing trimming.Our usual feedback is good.DOOR -Small Short Wide Unusual & original 4 four 5 five & 6 six panel pine doors (#132959701456)
