Typical cheap item from China. Comes with straps but no anchor points are built into the cover. If you look close at the photo, you can see the straps are installed all the way around and over the cover on the pwc. There is nothing to keep them from sliding off. The straps are just straps, no buckles or anything else on them so I guess you tie a knot? Time will tell how long this cover will last.
