Switches were fine but they made an error and sent us extra switches, then called and harassed multiple employees (that had no involvement in my purchase) at my work place to try to get their stuff back. Spoke to them on the phone and told them I'd send it back then they proceeded to send me more messages asking me for the stuff back. I already agreed to ship it back! If I was anyone else I would've kept their stuff because it was their error.
