The retailer was patient and thorough in answering my questions and promptly sent more photos of the item when I requested it. Within one day of sending the item, the next it arrived well packaged (talking 3 layers; bubble wrap, inner wrap, then a transparent plastic wrap that contains the artbook I bought) and not only that, but it came with a cute freebie!
