When I received my coins, I was pretty disappointed—several of them were scratched or worn beyond recognition. I had bargained a great deal on them though, and I figured I “got what I paid for”. Then, things turned around when the seller was kind and personable enough to offer me a partial refund and a free gift, improving my experience and bringing the silver I bought below melt value. You can’t beat that, and I really appreciated how he turned a poor experience into a great one.
