    Awesome vendor!! For this very fragile porcelain cup, saucer and spoon they did a WOW packing job with amazing foam packing, even carefully taping the pieces down inside the original Franz box with some blue painters tape so they could not move at all during transport! They even labeled the location of the separate spoon inside the box so that it would not be accidentally thrown away! How thoughtful! The price was also very good for the set and the items were mailed promptly.

    I really love this item from Department 56 if selling price on it and the shipping cost or within reason, but the item itself I don’t think anybody has ever open the box. It was sealed and I was so surprised I’ve never gotten anything new. This was a new item it wasn’t used. I don’t think it’s just absolutely beautiful in exquisite in a detail and design.
