Never order cupcake icings!! They were so thin and even after following all the instructions it took nearly 80 minutes to try and remove them from the backing paper. I let them dry for 45 mins outside the bag, I put them in the freezer, I tried to use a hair dryer to release them from the backing. Nothing worked. I had to use a knife to get them off and they were so thin that they broke. Only 6 out of 12 were useable. They need to make the icing thicker or use a paper easier to remove.

you did order icing, as per the listing shows, not sure why it took 80 minutes, how long did you leave it in the freezer for the first? possibly you left them too long in the freezer the first time and that is why it wouldn't release
