I had to get used to the touch buttons function but that's more on me than the earbuds. Callers have commented that my voice is clear without background noise which is great since they don't have noise cancellation. Really want to commend the seller. The first pair came DOA and wouldn't charge or anything. After contacting them (on the weekend btw...) they responded without question and sent out a new set on Monday. Exceptional!
