Firstly, I wasn't given the option to cancel the order BEFORE it was shipped. Then when it got delivered, I tried to return it and I was told by the seller, that he couldn't order the return label and that I would have to return it. I tried returning it and it was shipped back to my home. I was told by several postal sources that it is ILLEGAL to ship used phones out of the US. The user told me that he always allows for returns but it's because he puts "accessories" on the return label.
