Arrived well packed and protected. Each filter was additionally wrapped in cellophane. One you install them it looks as though you will never be able to make them fit but with a little help to depress the whole five filters long enough to secure the two rod screws, then everything is fine. Can't comment on the durability because they have not been in for more than a week, but the quality certainly looks fine. If they last as long as those from OASE then the savings are well worth it.
