I placed my order on 12/12 and promptly received an email thanking me for my order and letting me know they are letting me know they would be communicating with me. I was told my order would ship in 1-5 days. I sent an email asking about the status of my shipment 7 days later, no response. 8 days later, not response. 9 days after order placed and no response. I finally went to email. Finally got a response telling me I would be refunded.
