Works Excellently and was basically plug and play to set it up. Allows people with free PCI-Express x4 slots or higher to easily multiply the number of SATA connections they're able to field. This is very helpful for people like myself who have home servers that are used for backup, media, or work. Many motherboards these days do not have as many SATA ports available in built (unless you are very specifically buying a server board) and this is one of the easiest upgrade options.
