Seller notes: “This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; the matchbook has ... “This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with some signs of age/wear; the matchbook has had matches removed, striking strip shows wear, there is rubbing to surface of paper, edgewear and associated corner wear, fading to interior cover with points of blemish/distress, light wear along/about folds, wear to graphics. Overall paper quality is good; smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of color/sheen and typography/graphics still sharp/clear. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs. The matchbook cover measures approx 1.5" x 4" and contains no matches, which was the acceptable guideline for matchbook collecting up until the 1960's and is part of a collection of over 2300 matchbook covers from the 1930's to the 1970's.”
