Item doesn't work at all. I even called the manufacturer to get technical assistance and after the multiple prompts and charging attempts, nothing worked.
I emailed the seller on two occasions to report the issue and no response.
I am trying to refrain from leaving a negative review, but I am upset that this item arrived defected and additionally that my emails are going unanswered.
