    I'm so sorry to hear this and would like to send you a replacement pair. I did open the gift box to check the stones, but I should have checked the 14K plating better. My apologies for that. I've worn a pair of these same earrings for years and haven't had any problem, so hopefully the ones you received were just a fluke. To receive a replacement, you don't have to do anything. It's all from my end. I should be able to get these sent out soon. Best wishes!
