Pan was 100% junk, had a large dent right under the drain plug and the metal was torn, for sure would have leaked without some sort of repair. None of this was mentioned in the ad and the sellers' pictures hid the damage, so it was not obvious. Blatant defect that should have never been offered for sale. Then after I returned it and still without any communication, the seller filed a case with eBay and tried to avoid having to give me a refund. Complete trash, run from this seller!

You were actually the one that created the case. You escalated your return case even though the item had not been received back. You were given a free return label and issued a full refund.

I did not create the case, that is BS. I contacted eBay customer support only after it was opened to find out why I had not been issued a refund only AFTER it was returned. It is a good thing I was given a full refund, pan should have never been on eBay in the first place.
