This has nothing to do with the seller. It’s the product, I’ve seen some negatives and positives so I gave it a chance. Sadly mine turned out to be very stiff and I already got the black suit one and broke its neck. This one is even stiffer than that I would hate to do it again. Once more this has nothing to do with the seller just the product was bit of a let down.
