Received item as described and works well. Only complaint is that it arrived 12 days later than the expected delivery date. It seems the issue is with the USPS shipment. Trackers shows it arrived here USPS Georgia 4 days after the USPS dropped but then went to NY, then few days later went back here in GA before it was delivered to me. Good ebay seller.
