I received this in a flexible envelope BENT and the color was WRONG. I requested a new one and the right color. The seller offered a discount twice. I repeated my request both times. I opened a claim and got a full refund. Seller apologized. Now I have to order from another seller. This is a gift for my daughter that is now going to be late. Really unbelievable, wrong and BAD!
