Packing was a bit of a problem. Two out of four inks were dislodged from printhead upon arrival of this printer. Black and blue ink was spilled all over the place inside printer and inside the box it came in. It may have worked previously but not now due to printer ink system failure/ damaged or missing printhead (according to the message on the machine). Ink cartridges could have been taped in or removed for shipping. It was sold "as is" so the loss is mine.
