The shoes was too small and I have sent it back via Royal mail which I had to pay £28 to do. Now I have had an email to say that I have not finish processing it which I did and you have not received my returned items when I sent it over 2 weeks ago. I used the label given with your address so dont understand why you have not received it. I had a notification that you was refunding me approximate £33 which I have not yet received.
