None of the pictures show you both sides of the spool, the spool i6ts self is very shallow, 90% hollow in the middle, with just a few millimetres of actual spool that your material comes very badly wrapped around.
Spool looks like it was wound by someone using their feet, its been wrapped very loose and very tattered and wrinkled.
The item is cheap yes, but the least they could have done is take pride in their work.
so the spool its self is literally only 3mm deep, the rest is empty space
