This was seemingly a great deal and a great transaction. The laptop is defective. When I reached out to the seller, his response was to say "no take backs" and gaslighting me about not being satisfied with the performance. There is a difference between a defective product and one that simply doesn't meet expectations. His response leads me to believe he might have known or suspected it was defective.
