the_nile is normally a fantastic seller, but let themselves down badly on this one. My order was cancelled on 16 May with a message that the book was out of stock. I suggested that this was because it wasn't published until 20 May and also pointed out that the item was still listed on ebay (a number of copies were available). To their credit, a refund was issued quickly. However, as the item was still listed, I ordered it again and it has arrived and positive feedback posted.
