item did not ship at expected time. after a couple days i contacted seller, they told me it was with USPS and would proved a tracking number. 2 weeks go by and no tracking. i opened a claim with ebay. still no response from seller. After i was already refunded, he tries to add a tracking number that usps has no record of. I told seller just keep the item, if it was even a real tracking number. Just send the item or dont. this has wasted almost a month of time for no reason.
