Arrived somewhat damaged, but I kinda expected that for a big heavy item. Packing could have been done a lot better with more plastic foam blocks rather than bubble wrap (useless). Otherwise I am satisfied with the item and the transaction. It left in much better condition than it arrived, however. Shipping was very quick.
