When this transaction occurred, I had hit a rough point in my life that forced me to drop everything including my online businesses. It was impossible for me to ship the item and I was sure to issue a refund as soon as I realized this. Six months later, I am just now getting my businesses back running again. I apologize to the buyer who was affected by this refund and hope to never have this happen again! On year 12 of selling on eBay, took 11 years to get my first and only negative reviews.
