On receipt, the item (a glazed vase) was a completely different color than depicted in the listing image. See photos attached. Seller first resisted any refund. Then relented, but only refunded my initial payment and not what I had to pay to ship the vase back to her. (She complained that shipping cost was “ridiculous”, although actually only barely more than what she had paid to ship me the vase initially. All in all, this seller was thoroughly unpleasant to deal with and not trustworthy.
