This supplier asked for photos of the car boot space / I supplied clear pictures & told them at this stage that I don’t feel confident in them and to refund me. It came completely wrong shape. They offered a small percent refund I insisted on half the cost back and reminded them about our conversation & the next day I received the refund. Had the item come in correct size & shape it would have been great. They should have issued a full refund.
