Buyer begged for cheaper price. I replied Sorry, price is firm. She purchased the
hat. Contacted me and said there was a stain on the front of the hat and wanted a partial refund. I refused. Told her the hat is mint and please return the hat. I will pay for return shipping and give a full refund. She refused. This is retaliatory feedback for a failed shakedown attempt.
