This has got to be a joke, waiste of money, if by any chance what so ever that my snails actually do show up alive I will change my rating but at this point I do not see that happening. With the seller being of zero help and my tracking number showing as of the 12th I don't even want to give 1 star. Zero stars across the board from me is satisfying with me waisting my money and my time.

Your snails were received by USPS with tracking clearly showing USPS has had the package since the 16th. Rather than allowing me to refund you in full or to send a replacement for the lost package, you've opted to leave a negative review. I messaged you asking for updates in the event they were delivered so that I could refund you if not, and you did not reply to me. It is abusive buyer behavior to leave a bad review for a lost package without even attempting resolution first.

You did not get a response because you sent zero images of the snails and demanded a partial refund, which is a violation of eBay's abusive buyer policy. You ordered snails in March and they died in shipment despite insulation and a heat pack. This is entirely out of my control and a risk that incurs when purchasing live animals during cold weather. However, rather than go about the return per eBay policies & my item description, you opted to leave negative review and violate eBay policy.
