Right after I purchased the bike trainer, I realized I selected the wrong one. I immediately contacted the seller and asked that my order be cancelled. 3 days later and after multiple emails to the seller, I received notification that because I didn't request cancellation prior to the trainer being shipped, my cancellation request had been denied, Again my cancellation request happened within minutes of ordering the trainer. I did not have a good experience with this seller. Buyer beware.
