The post office misplaced the package but eventually delivered it. By then I had already received a refund so I had to send the box back to them. They kept in touch through the time. If I hadn't already bought a similar item elsewhere, I would have kept the docking station. The problem was 100% the fault of the USPS so I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.
