TRANSLATED I have already contacted the seller regarding the very poor quality. The supplier has refunded part of the amount, but I will not get the remaining amount of 18.87 back.
As advised prior in our conversation we do not recieve your postage fees this is done through ebay with it being an overseas order we even supplied you with a photo of your order to show this, as advised please contact ebay for further advise on your postage fees
