The camera I received did not work. I had to return the camera. I read that it was tested and I was also told that it was tested.

The return was accepted. A return shipping label was purchased on us. We received the camera, inspected it, and just as we expected it functioned as it should. We still gave a full refund even though the return was falsely filed as not as described/not working! I'm not sure how much more we could have done to make this transaction right for the buyer. The camera is confidently relisted with video showing it's functionality. This is another unfortunate case of abuse of the feedback policy!
