This was listed as refurbished and far from it, the plastic breaker holders were broken, the wiring was loose, the screws were stripped. I needed this particular device and paid a new price for this "refurbished" device, contacted the seller, he asked what i wanted to work this out. I asked for a discount with no response. Even if i returned, i would have lost $30 shipping
