All looked great when opened, everything bar instructions were present, looks exactly as advertised, and included a two pronged plug adapter, which I was grateful for.... but.... it does not work! It doesn't even switch on.... at all. I have contacted the seller, and will give him/her the benefit of the doubt until I hear from them.... I am so disappointed 😞
