Appalling service as they did not provide the single item illustrated in their own advert.
They then insisted I sent it back at my own expense after which they would (maybe) issue a refund.
It is their responsibility to provide redress for their own mistakes not me - a decent company providing good service would meet their obligations without being forced to but as they didn’t I will reflect that service in my feedback.
Once I told them this they did say it could be sent back free TOO LATE
