Item was broken and I suspect it was broken prior to shipping since the package arrived intact with no evidence of external damage and the item was in it's original new packing. Seller reluctant to issue a return shipping label and then to provide an undamaged item, instead wanted to negotiate a percentage settlement and have me fix the broken parts with glue. I consented to this plan as this was a gift and I needed to get it to the recipient. Partial refund pending.
