Verified purchase

The charged me COD (charge on delivery) when I went to pick it up from my post office. I never agreed to that so I ended up pay $14 CAD extra for this. The product itself was fine but the seller is a s c a m m e r. And the only reply I've gotten after several messages was that I was responsible for customs and duties, which it wasn't. It's been days and they haven't paid me back or responded in any way.
