Yes! eBay special envelope tracking is not that great. But remember this., This is the only way to mail a .99 cent item with tracking for .62 cents. To mail any item via 1st Track mail with tracking is $4.20 a big difference. With out that servicer sellers would have to sell lot of 10 or more to pay that much shipping. I mail 100 eBay special envelopes a month. 3 or 4 end up delayed. Best idea is to wait a least 7 days after your order is shipped for the envelope. May take up to 14 days. Gary
