Item as described. Messaged 3 times, didn’t message back and waited 6 days to put the item in the mail. The Shipping option I paid for was expedited, once in the mail it took just as long as ground advantage. Frustrating eBay experience. Bought the spikes for a track meet, should have had them here in time, but no communication and receiving them after the meet is frustrating. Paid 03/13, Shipped 03/19 Arrived 03/23 should be refunded shipping but doubt that happens. Same time zone shipping.
