With help from ebay I received a refund, but the whole story is so unique!! The different people from the seller's customer service were not able to "handle" the "export" from the UK to EU, but that is what they are offering on ebay!!! I still don't know who made what kind of misstake! I will definitly not do a second trial to buy from this seller!
